    Responsibilities:
    My responsibilities durring this project was the smooth facilitation of tasks and managment of roles/individuals. I achieved these tasks by using a number of tools like; Microsoft Project 2019, Excel, Discord, Zoom, and Wix some of the Skills I had my team leverage were mostly design concept based, our goal was to design, on a pre-made web building service, it had to be: user friendly, easy access, and client liked web page. some of the many problems we faced were: Domain access failures, communication failures, multiple clients as one and universal language/icons.

    Responsibilities:
    My responsibilities durring this project was the smooth facilitation of tasks and managment of roles/individuals, again. This project rquired us to use our newly learned HTML/CSS and JavaScript skills to complete a user friendly web page for each of the two clients we had. Through this project my team and I learnd great lessons on how to be team reliant aand self-reliant at the same time. with client feedback we have the web pages published and ready to be used when the client needs them.

I achieved these tasks by using a number of tools like; Microsoft Project 2019, Excel (to make CSV files), Discord, Teams, Visual Studio, SQL managment Studio, SQL configuration manager, Windows Firewall, and WinForms.

    With Who: Sprague Pest Solutions - Tacoma, WA

    When: Summer 2022

    Responsibilities:
    My responsibilityies include but were not limited to: new user setup using Active Directory, PowerShell ISE, Google WorkSpace, and Mobi/SOTI. Managing Devices using Asset managment software, Active Directory, Snipe-IT, Mobi/SOTI, and DW Service. Firewall Managment - WatchGaurd OS, setting protocols, copyiong protocol files and transfering, updateing firmware, and setup of new devices. Device updates and roll out - Android and Windows OS. Providing tech support with excellence and courtesy while utilizing the most important skill of being an excellentr Googler (being able to hear the situation, build a story and figure out what the real question to goolge is.). Using SQL for making reports.

  7. WORK: IT Help Desk

    With Who: University of Washington Tacoma Library - Tacoma, WA

    When: October 2022 - June 2023

    Responsibilities:
    My Responsibilities are to Image and deploy images on student rented Dell Laptops and Mac Book Laptops, to create new projects that benifit and assist in growing my peers knowledge, to create visual projects on canva and HTML based platforms. my responsibilities are also to assist patrons with questions about equipment and its usage, and to trouble shoot issues as they happen. I also maintain device based group policies and firmware updates on BIOS locked computers. Lastly task is to help reduce risk surface by maintaining a fleet of computers made to be upto date.

    Responsibilities:
    my responsibilities for this role at DSHS Executive IT are to imaged computers using our MDT software. trouble shoot related issuse in: registry editor, IP/DNS interactions, domain contection, application administrzation through SCCM and hyena, application trouble shooting, application setup, fileshare connectivity and administration, troubleshooting and scanning of vulnerable devices, administration and troubleshooting of mobile devices in Intune and apple configurator, and trouble shooting physical connection issues. administration, setup, and troubleshoot of group policy to devices and registry of devices. Queue managment, innovation of processes. Warrenty of devices. troubleshooting failed updates for windows, updates of software and applications. devices drivers troubleshoots updates and configurations. setup of physical devices and peripherals. escalation of tickets. software approval process.
